If you have a different or personalized request, please contact us via email at support@artvisi.com. Depending on the complexity of the request, there may be additional costs involved.

Each piece of art is meticulously handmade, and as a result, any subsequent copy may not be 100% identical to the photo shown or the original. Additionally, the size of each piece may vary.
We kindly request that if you are a perfectionist who expects a design to be 100% flawless, our artwork may not meet your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, as perfection does not exist in our art form.
Every piece is created using natural wood and crafted by hand, making each one truly unique. Just as there are no two identical pieces of wood in the world, you too are special and unique on this earth.
You won't find a piece similar to yours anywhere else, as each one is developed with my own design and made from distinctive natural wood. What you own will be the only one of its kind in the world.
Please note that once we begin processing your order, we are unable to accept refunds or cancellations.
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, please take care to avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and keep it away from hard or sharp objects that may cause scratches. For cleaning, we recommend using warm water.
Lastly, please be aware that there may be a residual smell of natural wood, but rest assured that the resin used in our artwork is odorless and non-toxic.

To be eligible for a return:
We only accept returns if you have videos proving that the product was faulty upon arrival or that the defect was caused by the manufacturer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
