The product requires 2 pieces of AAA batteries (for the lights). Due to customs policy, glue or battery may not be included in the package.

We only accept returns if you have videos proving that the product was faulty upon arrival or that the defect was caused by the manufacturer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
